Password Security

There are different password requirements when accessing Evessio sites and the Evessio Admin Platform.

Event Websites - User Account Creation

• At least 8 characters
• A minimum of 1 number (0-9)
• A minimum of 1 Uppercase character
• A minimum of 1 Lowercase character

Failed login attempts

• After 5 failed attempts, the user's account will be locked
• A group notification is sent to subscribed admin users
• The user must reset their password using the Forgot password link, or an event admin can re-activate their account via Event > People

Evessio Admin accounts

• At least 10 characters
• A minimum of 1 number (0-9)
• A minimum of 1 Uppercase character
• A minimum of 1 Lowercase character
• A minimum of 1 Special character
