v2.0.7 Stabilisation Release - 11 April 2019

As with all of the stabilisation releases there is a minimal set of new features. These releases focus on outstanding bugs, system optimisations and security updates.

New Features

  • Product selection list - now lists of products can be easily created with a new multi-select option allowing users to pre-select several items before moving to the basket and checkout process

Improvements

  • Schedules exports:
    • Sessions - all sessions data from the selected agendas as well as speaker, sponsor and location data
    • Attendees - all attendees who have either booked or added sessions to their personal schedules

  • HTML Editor updates:
    • Table editing controls - row and column add or remove
    • Improved HTML source view - syntax highlighting and code tidy
    • Improved HTML cleaner - remove unwanted styles e.g. when pasting from MS Word
  • Circdata integration via tasks:
    • Circdata are a provider of onsite badging for exhibitions.
    • Now exhibitor tasks can be set up which link exhibitors to the Circdata portal for ordering badges.
    • No login is required for exhibitors to access their Circdata portal.
    • An API integration synchronises Exhibitor data with the Circdata portal.
  • Uploading of .mp3 files now available via the media uploader.
  • Geo-location of event visitors allows for selective removal of content e.g. google scripts for Chinese visitors.
  • Performance improvements for viewing forms data (e.g. web forms, nominations, product forms).
  • Duplicate buttons (top and bottom of profile) in profile editor for logged in users.
  • Generic fields added to Exhibitor and other profiles now show the field name correctly not e.g. Options 1, Options 2 etc.
  • Branded error page shown when user without Exhibitor role attempts to access exhibitor pages.
  • Improved support for local date formats on event site pages.

Notable Bug-fixes

  • Updated transactions to correctly show refunded amounts as 'refunded' not 'outstanding balance' and the transaction total is now reduced by the refund amount.
  • Random re-ordering of speaker, judge or sponsor lists when editing an item on the list content type
  • Cloning an event with Awards scoring criteria.
  • Numerous others...
