GUIDE – Exhibitor Zone – How to create an exhibitor profile

1. Under the  WEBSITE menu tab, click on Forms

2. Click on the button,  Public Profile then click on Exhibitor Profile Form

3. Start building your  Exhibitor Profile Form, you have various controls…

• Required (The exhibitor must complete before they can save their profile)
• Hide Field (Remove from the exhibitors view)
• Use in published list

TIP: Create form fields that do not form part of the exhibitors published profile, it might be additional information you need from the exhibitor that won’t be published. Catalogue profiles, images and graphics etc.

NOTE: Public Profiles, this is where you can build the Sponsors, Speakers and Judges public profile forms.

THIS IS COOL: Why not create a Sponsors Profile Form, invite the sponsor so they complete their profile, you can track and monitor their progress. Give the sponsor a great user experience.
