GUIDE – Exhibitor Zone – Assigning Exhibitors to a Session

1. Under the EVENT SCHEDULE menu tab, click on Agendas

2. Click on the Session that you want to assign the Exhibitor to.

Exhibitors can be assigned to sessions as administrators via the Event Schedule > Sessions editor.

As admin they can:

  • Edit the title and description of a session
  • Assign speakers
  • Assign session admins

Exhibitors can see and edit their Sessions via the sessions menu 

All sessions assigned to an exhibitor will also be highlighted in the "My Schedule" view
