Ticket Approvals (Phase 2)
A number of enhancements have been added to the new Ticketing process
- Batch status updates for ticket approvals
- New facility to switch users on tickets - can be done by Attendees, Customers and event admins
- Display of ticket form names not account associated with email address
- This means that a customer can use their own email address for several tickets but provide the names of attendees
- New ability to disable the ticket as an item in the transaction from the ticket editor
- Include an option on the form so that the customer (booker) can prevent notification emails being sent to the attendee:

Form fields can also be hidden flexibly from the Customer and/or Attendee

New variables for ticket email templates and attachments: Product Item Code, Invoice Number - can be used as reference to the transaction record

New option to remove the option for Attendees to "Decline" tickets issues in their names:
Key Improvements
- New 'Trashed' column for web forms to quickly identify and manage trashed submissions

New "Type" field for system forms prevents incorrect form usage.
