Events Feed

  • The Events Feed can be used to compose lists of events for use in various contexts.
  • Feeds are composed of events based on properties used in the Feed filter
  • The events filter comprises:
    • Event Group - select all events from selected groups
    • Brand - select all events by bran (Brand can be set in EVENT > Settings)
    • Status - the status of the event. Set to 'Published' to include only live events
    • Event Name - Filter on specific names
    • Event Date - set a date range and only show events with event dates in range

  • In addition to the filters, the results can be sorted by Date, Event name or Brand
  • The total number of events returned can be limited. Set this to zero '0' to have no limi

The data and image/logo for each event is derived from the EVENT > Settings page for each event

Display a feed on an Evessio page

  • Add a feed to a page just like any other content element
  • The feed has a number of properties which control the look and feel e.g. 'List style"

Display a feed on an external system

  • Feeds can be pulled via XML or JSON and displayed on external pages with their own styling
  • Each feed has a unique slug which is used in the URL
