Headline: Products form field data in custom reports

  • All fields from all product types are now available in custom reports
  • Similar fields can be merged even if they have different names in the product forms
    e.g. a user's email address might be captured using various field names in different forms and events. If the fields are re-named to a common field name the data will be merged to it.

Key Features

  • Password protection of pages - create a shared password to restrict page visibility

  • New admin role: "Operations" - this role is the same rights as the "Event Coordinator" except that the REVENUE area will be read-only.

  • Improvements for transactions in "Processing" status

    • If a transaction has been in a state of "Processing" for more than 24hours - enable "Cancel" and "Re-process" buttons for customers
      • Cancel -> Set status = "CCCancelled"
      • Re-process -> Set status = "Incomplete", send user to first checkout form.
  • New Roles for post-login pages - Attendee, Nominee, Guest, Registrant product - these are roles assigned to people named in products.
    • e.g. An attendee named on a ticket can now be redirected to a specific page when they login.
  • New search for events list in Evessio admin - quickly filter your events via the new search box

  • Removal of product limits for admins on event websites - when logging into an event website as an Evessio Admin, all product limits will be removed.
    • e.g. Tickets may be limited to 1 per person for customers but event admins can login and select and purchase unlimited tickets
  • New 'Cancelled' status and process for cancelling Event Attendance tickets
    • Tickets can now be cancelled with options for generating transaction 'paperwork' and notifications
  • New editable messages for basket area

  • New currencies in REVENUE > Payment Settings
