Awards Room Release
- New: Private messages - guest can now have 1:1 chats with other guests, chat to their table or send messages to the room
- New: Create a network of connections with whom guests can chat during the event
- New: Awards Room now has its own menu section in the Evessio Admin
- New: Individual users can now be assigned to tables via their email address
- Improved: Assigning organisations via domains and users is now much easier
- Improved: new default domains for the public gallery
- Improved: Sponsor sliders now support multiple sliders with regular sliders optional as premium slots. Premium sliders can link to any page and have additional text content
Important change for email sending
We have had an increasing number of email bounces due to invalid addresses and have now taken steps to:
- Modify responsible user account statues to "bounced"
- Block all outgoing emails to these accounts
What will happen?
- Now, invalid addresses will be blocked from emails
- This may affect some user accounts
- All users both admin and event users will have the opportunity to clear the issues with their email providers and re-validate their accounts or change email addresses
Improvements
- Improved event error pages - better display of system errors within event sites
- Custom Reports - now "Preferences" reports have Events and event Roles so that users can be linked to events which they have logged into.
