Content Type- How to add an event contact or event contact list

If you would like to add an event contact to your webpage or a list of event contacts follow the steps below.

Adding a single contact to a page

1.Click +Add content on the layout section you wish to add the content, on the page you want it to show on. From the list of content select Content – Collaborators – Contacts – Event Contacts and click +Add Event Contact. 

2. Input the contact’s name, an image and their contact details. Click save.

3. When you click save you will return to the content menu and the contact you created will be selected. If you are ready to add it to your page click Add selected. If you don’t want to add it to your page just yet, exit the content selection menu. The contact you created will be stored in the Event Contact file and you can now use it on any page of your website.

Adding an event contact list

1.  Click +Add content on the layout section you wish to add the content, on the page you want it to show on. From the list of content select Content – Collaborators – Contacts – Event Contacts and click +Add Event Contact List. 

2. Name the contact list and add a description. Select how many columns you would like and click save. 

3. Click on the contact list again and click +New Event Contact List.

4. Input the contact’s name, an image and their contact details. Click save. Repeat this step for as many contacts as you would like to include.

5. Contacts can be reordered by dragging and dropping or using the arrows. Once you are happy with your list click save.
