How to delete TEST entries/transactions

Before you launch your event site you should ensure you have thoroughly tested all aspects including making test entries/nominations and bookings. When you do this, you should ensure you use Test mode because all test transactions can be deleted leaving a clean environment for bookings when you publish your event.

Click the “Test mode” button to activate the feature. When an event is in test mode you will see a strap along the top of the page. 

To delete TEST transactions (including nominations/entries, table bookings and event attendance/ticket products): 

  1. Under the REVENUE menu tab, click on “Transactions”. Then click on “List”.

  2. Click on the “Tests” tab. All test transaction IDs will start with TEST_ 
  3. Click the orange delete button. After a few seconds a confirmation box will follow asking you to confirm you wish to delete the transaction. Click “Delete”.
