Assign transaction to another user
Any transaction can be re-assigned to a different user
- This can be helpful when, as an event manager, you need to create a transaction on behalf of someone else
- Create the transaction by logging into the event side and selecting the required products
- Find the transaction in the admin view of transaction
- Locate the "Re-assign transaction" action in the ACTIONS button
- You can now assign to an existing user or create a new user dynamically
- If creating a new user, they will receive an invite to the event site where, after clicking a link in the invite email, they can access the transaction and complete any required information regarding e.g. guest names or nomination data
- The template for the invite to the user can be edited and styled just like all other email templates
