How to view web form submissions

When a webform is submitted, admin users specified when the webform is created will receive an email notification to let them know there has been a new submission (please see related articles for more information). Submissions can be accessed 2 ways:

Webform report

  1. Go to EVENT> Data> Web Forms and click “Detailed” to export the report.

  2. This will export an excel file. If you have multiple webforms on your website each webform will have a sheet which will show all submissions for that particular form.

    You can also click on the name of the report (in blue) to view submissions for each form on screen. Then you can specify a time period to view. A report can be exported for each form individually or as a combined report showing responses for all forms in the event (each form would be on a separate sheet within the report).

WEBSITE> Forms

  1. Go to WEBSITE> Forms> Web

  2. In the “Submissions” column if there are any submissions for the webform you will see a number. Click on the number beside the relevant web form.

  3. Here you can see any submissions and export them to an excel file.

  4. You can then choose to either trash or save the submission which will move them into the relevant tab.
