Revenue Summary
The revenue summary displays totals from transactions which "contribute to revenue"
- Here the transactions are represented in their 'Net' state with any changes or past modifications rolled up into a final total
- If you need to see the history of the transaction states during changes (e.g. refunds, credit notes etc. - you should the custom reports feature)
Transactions will contribute to the revenue totals if they have a status of:
- Completed
- CCModifiedUp
- CCPartialRefundPending
- CCPartialylRefunded
- CCRefundPending
- Invoiced
- Paid
- PartiallyPaid
- RefundPending
- ModifiedNeutral
- ModifiedDown
- ModifiedUp
The list of contributing transactions can be found via REVENUE > Transactions > List [Revenue]
All transactions regardless of status can be fond using the [ All ] filter button
