How to set a custom close date for Table Booking guest detail amendments

By default customers can make amendments to guest details between the product open and close dates. However you may wish to prevent customers making amendments earlier than the product close date or perhaps you want customers to be able to make amendments after the close date has passed.

To set a deadline for guest detail amendments:

  1. Go to REVENUE> Products and find the Table booking pane.

  2. Click the blue pencil beside “Submissions editing”.

  3. Select “Custom close date” and enter the deadline date. Remember to click the green tick to save.

Once the submissions editing date has passed customers will no longer be able to update their guest details in the logged in area. In the back office you can continue to make amendments if necessary.
