PDF Batch Export - Download Nominations
The PDF batch export allows you to download your nomination data including uploaded supporting documents.

Where to find the PDF Batch Export function
Note 🗒️
The PDF batch export is available in the judging rounds, so you must have a judging round created in order to download the data. To see how to create judging rounds click here
You will also need nominations in the judging round otherwise the PDF Batch export will not appear.
Navigate to Awards > Judging > Select the judging round in which you want to export the nominations from > Open the Nominations tab at the top of the page > Click the blue PDF batch export button.
Customizing your PDF batch export
Select how you would like the exports to be stored and what information should be included:
Folders
| Separate Folders | Select if the PDF's should be placed in one folder per category with any supporting documents |
| One folder | Select if all PDFs and supporting documents should be stored in a single folder. |
Supporting Documents
| Include Documents | Select if you want supporting documents exported. If not selected then you will still have a link to the supporting documents in the PDF. |
| Create folders for each nomination | Select if you would like the PDF for each nomination, along with any supporting documents to be stored in individual folders (per nomination). |
Display and layout options
Select which additional information you would like to be included in the PDF by ticking the checkboxes. Once you have made your selection you can preview what this will look like by selecting a category from the drop down and clicking the blue Preview Layout button.
The system will select a random nomination from your chosen category and is only used as an example.
Filter nominations by property
Select which nominations should be included in the export using the following filters;
- Validated or Not Validated
- Disabled or Not Disabled
- Shortlist or Winner
- Score - Add score value using More than / Less than / Equal to logic
- Number of Votes - Min or Max
- Rank - Min or Max
Categories
Lastly you can select which categories you would like to export the nominations from. You can click Select all or individually check them off.
Process your report
Once you are happy with your selection click the green Process export button at the top right corner of the page. Depending on how many PDFs you wish to export this may take a few minutes.
Where are the PDF's stored?
The export is in the form of a .zip file. When the process has finished a link to download the .zip file will appear and the file will be stored in Website > Media> My Media.
Warning ⚠
The .zip file name includes the date it was created so if you run the function again on the same day the file will be overwritten but if you run it on another day the system will retain older copies.
