PDF Batch Export

You can download all entries as PDF documents, optionally with all supporting documents, using the PDF batch export function within each judging round:

Go to AWARDS> Judging> Round> Nominations> PDF batch export.

Then select how you would like the exports to be stored and what information should be included:

Once you are happy with your selection click “Process export”. Depending on how many PDFs you wish to export this may take a few minutes.

The export is in the form of a .zip file. When the process has finished a link to download the .zip file will appear and the file will be stored in WEBSITE> Media> My Media. The .zip file name includes the date it was created so if you run the function again on the same day the file will be overwritten but if you run it on another day the system will retain older copies.
