Overriding Judges Scores
If necessary you can override judges score. This could be because a judge would like to make a change but can't access their computer or any other reason you may need to change judges scores. The overridden score will always be used in all calculations and rankings.
Scores can be overridden on 2 levels:
Overall Score
If more than one judge is judging an entry/nomination the overall score will be the average of all judges scores to the nearest whole number. You can override this score in AWARDS> Judging> Judging Round> Nominations
Find the relevant entry and click "Edit Result". You can then type in a new score and click "Save".
Individual Judges Scores
Alternatively you may need to override an individuals judges scores. Go to AWARDS> Judging> Judging Round> Judging. Click on the relevant judge and locate the nomination/entry. Click on the nomination.
In the "Nomination details" window click "Judging", followed by "Edit". You can then override the judges scores for some or all of the criteria.
