Within the platform there are 2 direct integrations which become available:

for Event Participants

You will have the option to activate new AI enhanced form field named "Textarea AI assisted".
This will not be active by default and none of your existing events will be affected by this release.
You can use this field:
- As an awards category question
- As a bio or bio synopsis field for speakers or judges if the profile is filled out by the collaborator themselves
The field comes with example usage and other help info
The field can be switched off by the event participants

for Evessio Admins

Pretty much everywhere in the admin console where you have a text field, you will have access to AI via the "Chat GPT" button
If you prefer, this can be switched off for your entire account - please contact us should this be the case.
This will function in the same way as for participants allowing you to have the AI create content for you based on your prompt.
**Note: for UK users, the response will be in US English, to get UK English just add that to your prompt e.g.
"Using UK English, create a short email notifying event participants that registration closes in 3 days time."

New Awards questions:

Country List - pick from system country lost.
URL - validated URL field.

Key improvements and fixes

Use of "Checkbox" form field not reporting data - retrospectively fixed for all reporting.
Judging criteria of "Thumbs" - neutral (score of zero '0') was not reporting in Excel, now fixed retrospectively.
Improvements in Awards shortlists - faster performance and synchronisations.
Updates to % completion for judges to more accurately reflect status.
Excel exports - corrected column order for some reports.
