AI- How to use AI to create content

ChatGPT will be available in most content types to assist you in creating content for your website. This includes, category descriptions, question descriptions, general content and all description fields. These content types work exactly as they did before with the addition of the ChatGPT button.

Using ChatGPT

1. In the relevant field click the Chat GPT button.

   

   
   

2. Ask ChatGPT to create content by providing a prompt. The prompt should include any specific details, context and instructions on how you would like the content to be formatted. For example you could include the tone you wish to convey or that you would like the content in bullet points. You could also specify the number of words you require e.g. 200 words on...

   Then click "Generate ChatGPT response"

   

   
   

3. You can view the response in the "Get Response|" box. If you would like to use it click "Insert response into editor". From here you can make changes and amendments and add any formatting you require.

   

   
   

Using ChatGPT in Email Templates

ChatGPT can also be used to help create email templates by following the steps above. However additionally you can ask ChatGPT to insert variables such as "User first name" or "Event Name" by simply selecting the variables from the list.
