How to view past/archived events
It is best practice to create a new event with each new event cycle. You can create a brand new event or clone the previous event and make any necessary changes. Then clone the previous event. You will continue to have access to the previous event back office including all reports.
On your events list page click on the “Status” box on the top right hand side and tick “Archived”.

All archived events will now show on the list and you can access it for any information you may need. To exclude archived events from the list follow the step above and untick the “Archived” box.
