Nomination Cloning

This exciting update means that you will be able to duplicate nominations on behalf of customers. Duplicated nominations can then be used in judging rounds to facilitate the same entry being in multiple categories.


Cloned nominations are a full copy of the original (not just a reference to it) which means that you can modify the clone if required without affecting the original.


How it works:

  • From AWARDS > Nominations select "Clone nominations".
  • Select nominations to clone.
  • Cloned Nominations are always placed inside a new transaction.
    • This means that you can optionally require the customer to purchase the clone.
    • You can fully complete cloning without any customer involvement but still assign the (free) transaction back to the customer so that they have a reference in their account.
  • Decide how to complete the transaction.
  • Cloning is completed.

  • Clones and source nominations are identified via icons:




  • Clones can be moved to different categories inside judging rounds.


New Number fields for Awards Questions

There are 3 new number fields available for Awards questions. These different types will have validated input.

  • Number / Integer: e.g. -23, 212, 0
  • Number / Positive: e.g. 0, 123, 554
  • Number / Decimal: e.g. -123, 0, 1.45, 0.55, -45.67
