Evessio Tutorials - Hiding A Question From the Entrant

You may wish to hide a question from entrants for a variety of reason but most commonly:

  • One a question has been answered once, it is locked and can no longer be deleted as this could lead to loss of data. However you can hide the field from the entrant which means it will not appear on the form. You can then recreate the question correctly.
  • You have a 2 step entry process which required questions you don't want the entrant to answer until a later date.
