System Report- People

The People report includes a record of everyone who has logged into your event for any reason and anyone for whom an account has been created e.g. as part of a person field on a product form such as an attendee. This could include users who have began a nomination/table booking but haven't completes it, customers, entrants, table bookers, users who have registered for your event, judges, sponsors and exhibitors.

To find the report go to EVENT> Data. Click "Summary" to download the report. Alternatively if you require data for a specific timescale, click on the name of the report and use the date options to define the time frame. You can then download that specific set of data.

The report contains:

  • Users first name, last name email address and date of account creation
  • Account status- Active means a user has actively logged in and verified their account, Pending means a confirmation/validation email has been sent but the user has not yet activated their account and created means a user account has been created but the user has not yet been invited. This is commonly judges, sponsors, exhibitors and speakers. They may be in a created status because you do not wish to invite them to log in but want to display them on a page or simply because you don't want to invite them yet.
  • Activity- This columns shows the last meaningful activity which took place on this account e.g. if an account was created, someone has returned or if a role has been assigned.
  • Role- This column lists any roles an account holds. This could be roles such as Judge, sponsor, attendee, guest but can also include roles such as "Employee" of a particular organisation if their email domain matches that of an organisation which has been created in the system e.g. through an "Organisation" field type on a form.
  • Tx (Prod)- This column shows how many transactions an account has completed.
  • Via Product- If the user has completed transactions this column will show which products is included in the transactions e.g. EA(2) would mean 2 Event Attendance products.
  • Baskets- This columns shows if the user has any items in their basket.
  • Org- This column shows if a user is associated with any organisations. Organisations can be created by you in the back office or by a user when filling in a form which uses the "Organisation" field type. Anyone with a matching domain will be shown as associated with that organisation.
  • Columns beginning with U- There may then be a variable number of columns starting with the letter "U". These fields will only be filled in if you use the preferences form. If the fields are blank this means the preferences form is not currently part of your process. The preferences form is a form which will be displayed the first time a user logs in. It can ask for any information you require. On this report their will be a column for each question.
