Email Templates - BCC and Reply-to

All email sent by Evessio can be managed via the WEBSITE > Email templates section.

Each email template has 2 key field which control copies and replies.

BCC

• "Blind Carbon Copy" will send an anonymous copy (the primary recipient will not see the BCC recipients) to the designated addresses.
• The BCC addresses can be manually added or the event contact can be selected via the checkbox. The event contact is configured via EVENT > Settings

Reply-to

• All emails originating from Evessio have their 'From' field as noreply@evessio.com - this is to comply with anti-spam rules. We cannot send email on behalf of your corporate domain without a number of low-level DNS configurations to authorise this.
• In order for your customers to be ably to reply to an email address at your organisation you can fill out the Reply-to address with e.g. events@your-org.com 
  • Now, when a customer receives an email an hits the reply button in their email program, it will be directed to this Reply-to address.
