Public Profiles
Public profiles allow individuals the option to create and manage their personal or organisation profiles directly.
For Collaborators (Speakers and Judges) self editing can be enabled or disabled via EVENT > Collaborators > Profiles
Profiles can be used for:
- Exhibitor, Sponsor, Speaker or Judges Lists
- Dynamic pages showing the full profile
Profiles go though several stages which affect how they can be viewed on the event website
- Un-saved: a new organisation or person has been created an a profile associated but never saved. This is not visible on the website
- Unpublished - updates pending: the profiles has been saved as a draft or a published profile has been edited but changes not published. The pending changes are not visible but the previously published profile might be viewable.
- Published - the profile is available for adding to the website. If it is already on a profile list, it will become visible.
Profile lists can be published on the event sites dynamically. The process for organisations and people is very similar and will be described together below.

Managing fields for the profiles
- The fields which comprise the profile can be selected or removed from the pool of fields available according to profile type
- The field order can be set by dragging the fields to desired locations
Creating Lists
- Lists are generated for 'All" profiles or by selecting individual members
Different list styles
- Themes may render the lists with variations
- Clicking the person's name links to a dynamically generated page with full profile detail
