People
Users who participate in an event are collected in the EVENT > People section
The list view can be searched and filtered, exported and shows various aspects about each user.
A person has an number of 'features' based on their interactions:
- Activity - this relates to how the user was created in the current event
- Returned - the user logged into this event but has previously registered on a different Evessio event
- Account Created - The user registered for the first time in Evessio in this event
- Role Assigned - A new user was invited to be a collaborator and a role was assigned (e.g. Judge)
- Tx (Prod) - Transactions (Products)
- This indicates how many transactions a user has created with a link to show a list of those transactions
- (Prod) indicates the number of products purchased within the transactions
- Via Product
- If a person is assigned in a product e.g. Event Attendance "Ticket" or as "Guest" on a table booking, the product acronym will be displayed here with a link to the transaction
- Baskets
- This indicates the number of items a user has in their basket
- Org
- Indicates that the user has been associated with a collaborator organisation based on the domain of their email address. e.g. if paul@organisation.com is registered and organisation.com is an Exhibitors at the event, the user is associated with that organisation
- The count indicates that the organisation has 1 or more variants e.g.
- An organisation may have different divisions but all staff still use a common domain for their email so we may end up with someone from "My Org UK" being an exhibitor and "My Org USA" being a sponsor
- both users have emails of NAME@myorg.com - in this case we have 2 variants and each user gets associated with both variants based on the same email domain
- Actions
