People
Users who participate in your event are collected in Event > People.
The list view can be searched and filtered, exported, and shows various aspects about each user.
You can also enter into a Person Profile to amend details, reset their password, and review their history within your event.

The User Onboarding and Checkout Flow Dashboard
When you first navigate to Event > People, you will see The User Onboarding and Checkout Flow Dashboard.
This Dashboard provides powerful insights into how users progress through your event, from initial registration through to completed transactions, helps you understand user behaviour, identify conversion bottlenecks, and optimise the onboarding experience.

You can toggle between the Flow view and the Users view.

To download this information, click on the blue Users download button on the right side of the screen, and an Excel file will download.
There are four tabs in the Excel document:

| User summary | One row per unique user showing user information, ranging from contact information to transaction completion rates and fastest completions. |
| Roles | One row per user/role combination. Users can have multiple roles, so one user may appear in multiple rows with different roles. |

| Flows | The data powering the Sankey diagram in the Flow View. |
Features associated with People
A person has an number of 'features' based on their interactions. These are displayed as columns, and will give you information on each person within your event.

Person Profile
By clicking on a name in the list of People, you will be directed to the individual's Person Profile.

What you can see in a Person Profile
Here, you can viewing a timeline of their interactions with the event, with links to detail of the interactions where available, and view any email(s) that have been sent to this person.
You can view the status of the person, disable/activate their account on your event site, and even reset their password.

Resetting a user's password
To reset the user's password, click the blue Reset Password button.
In the window, select One-Time Password.
A random password comprising 3 words will be generated. If you would like to generate a different combination of words, click the Refresh🔄 symbol.
Copy the password or take a note of it and click Reset.

Share the password with your user. They will have 24 hours to log in with this password, and will be prompted to create a new password when they do.
Updating user details
If an error is identified within an account such as making a typo in a name or email address, you can easily amend this in their person profile.

Click the blue pencil beside the relevant information and make the required updates.
Click the green check mark ✅to save the changes.
If you are updating a customer email and you would like them to receive a confirmation email confirming their email has changed, tick the option Send Confirmation Email?.
