Adding speaker profiles to a page- Speaker Profile Lists

Once speakers have been created and public profiles updated they can be added to a page using a Speaker Profile List:

1. Select the page (WEBSITE> Pages> Pages) or template (WEBSITE> Pages> Templates) you wish to add a Speaker Profile List to and click “+Add content” in the column you want the content to appear.

   

   
   

2. Click on Content> Collaborators> Speakers and Judges> Speaker Profile List.

   

3. Give the list a title and select if it should be visible on the page. If so select how it should be aligned on the page. Optionally add a description to display above the speaker list.

   

   
   

4. Select the photo shape you desire. This will define how the container for the photo should be proportioned. All photos will be scaled down to fit the selected shape. 'Original' will scale the space according to the photo's proportions.

   

   
   

5. Select which list style you require. Below you will see an example of each in the following order: Slider, detailed, list, tiles.

   

   

   If you select the "Tile" option you should select how many tiles should be displayed in each row. The above shows 2 in a row.

   If you select the slider style you should select the height and width of the slider. The slider should always be 100% in width. You should also select how many judges should be displayed at one time.

   
   
   

6. Select how you would like the profile details to be displayed. This can be via a link to a page for each speaker, an expandable section, a pop up window or you may chose to not display profile details at all. You should also input what verbiage you would like to appear on the "Detail" button.

   

   
   

7. Select if you would like to display a search filter and an A-Z filter option. You can also select what order you would like the speakers to appear in.

   

   
   

8. Click "Re-use other Speaker Profiles" and select the speakers you wish to add to the list. Click "Link selected".

   

   
   

9. You can edit the speakers profiles by clicking the blue pencil beside the speakers name. You can remove a speaker from the list by clicking the unlink icon. Once you are happy with your list click "Save".

   

   
   

10. Make sure the piece of content is selected in the list and click “Add selected”. Remember to Save and Publish the page.
