Re-use forms data
What is it?
When a user completes a product form containing a form part (e.g. Attendance ticket form), the data which they submit is made available to them anytime they are presented with the same form part on any event
This powerful feature allows users to re-use data from previously completed forms.

- Easy capture of complex form data for returning users
- Combine re-usable form parts with other regular form fields

- Can be enabled or disabled per-event
- Can be set to automatically pre-fill with last data
Initial configuration
Events HQ > Settings > Forms
- Activate or activate globally via "Show use previous data in basket" toggle
- Optionally set the system to automatically pre-fill with previous data

Note: you can override single fields
You can set individual form fields to always require the user to complete e.g. for T&C or GDPR opt-in fields

Options when re-use is active
- Users can click the "Auto-fill" wand to reveal options to select which event data to use
- "Clear" will clear the current form part
- "Help" provides some basic info about the feature:

It is also possible to select from items in the current basket
