Content Type- How to create an Exhibitor List

If you would like to add an Exhibitor list to your webpage follow the steps below.

1. Click “+Add content” on the layout section you wish to add the content, on the page you want it to show on. 

From the list of content select Content – Collaborators – Organisations and click “+Add Exhibitor Profile List”. 

2. Give your list a name and a description.

3. Select if you would like to use categories. 

These will allow users to filter the Exhibitor List. If you would like to use them type the categories you wish to use, hitting the “Enter” button on your keyboard after each one. 

4. Select which style you would like your list to take. 

Then select if you wish to display product catalogues in a separate tab if Exhibitor Catalogue is available and if you would like to add a Web Form that allows visitors to use a Web Form to submit a message for you to pass on to Exhibitors.

List displays organisations in rows. 

Tiles displays organisations in a masonry grid with varying height based on the content.

When a user clicks on the organisations name they will be taken to the organisations dynamic public profile.

5. Add exhibitor profiles to your list. 

You can use all profiles or select which ones you wish to include. 

6. Save the list and add it to your page.

If you wish to use categories you must set up the categories in your Exhibitor Profile List before you/the exhibitor fills in their public profile. To do so fill in all the details of your Exhibitor profile list and save it before adding any Exhibitor Profiles. Once the public profiles are completed you can then edit the Exhibitor Profile list and add the profiles as shown in step 5..
