How to complete an Exhibitor public profile
An exhibitor public profile can be completed on behalf of the exhibitor by you or the exhibitor can complete it themselves in the logged in area of your site.
To complete the exhibitor’s public profile on their behalf:
- Under the EXHIBITION menu click on “Exhibitors”
- Click on the exhibitor you wish to complete a profile for and click “Public profile”.
- Input all the exhibitor's details. You can then save and publish the profile or save it as a draft.
If you want Exhibitors to update their own profile:
Make sure that they have permission to do so. Under the EVENT menu click on “Collaborators” and “Profiles”. You should then select “Yes” on the toggle as shown below.
- Exhibitors can then log into their account and under EXHIBITOR ZONE click “Public Profile”.
- They can then click “Edit Profile” and input their details, clicking “Update profile” when finished.
Publishing updated profiles
NOTE: Updates will not be automatically published. They will sit in the “IN REVIEW” status until they are reviewed and published in the back office.
