File upload fields - What file size and formats are accepted?

If you would like users to provide a file or image as part of the awards entry form, a system/product form or a web form you can add a file upload field.

When you add a file upload field to a form users can upload one file up to 40MB. If you would like users to upload multiple files you should provide multiple file upload fields. To add a file upload field to a form, add a new question or field and select “File Upload - Content type for upload file in form” from the “Answer Type” or “Field Type” dropdown menu. For system/product/web forms you can require the file to be an image by selecting the "image Upload - Image loader" Field type.

File upload fields accept the following file formats:

png, jpeg, jpg, gif, pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, txt, rtf, zip, 7z, mp3, eps, ai

Image upload fields accept the following image formats:

png, jpeg, jpg, gif, svg, eps
