Widget- Video player
If you want to add a video to a page you can do so using a video player widget. You should first add your video to YouTube, Vimeo or Wistia. The video cannot be private but it can be set as unlisted. This means only those who have the URL can access it.
To add the video player widget:
Select the page (WEBSITE> Pages> Pages) or template (WEBSITE> Pages> Templates) you wish to add a video to and click “+Add content” in the column you want the video to appear.
Click on “Widgets” followed by “+Add Video player”.
Give the video a title and tick the “Show title?” box if you want the title to appear above the video. If you tick the box you can select how you would like the title to be aligned. Select a video height in pixels.
Select the source of the video (Youtube, Vimeo or Wistia) and provide the embed URL (NOT the full URL you see on your browser). To find the embed code go to your video on the platform you have chosen and click “Share”. This will show an embedded URL.
If you would like the video to automatically start playing when a user visits the page tick the “Auto play?” box. Please note that sound will not be enabled when “Auto play?” is selected but it can be switched on by the user. If you would like the video to play on a continuous loop you should click the “Loop?” box. This option is only available when “Auto play?” is selected. Then click "Save".
Make sure the video is selected in the list and click “Add selected”. Remember to Save and Publish the page.
