How to delete an invoiced or free transaction
- Go to REVENUE > Transactions> List> Revenue. Search for the relevant transactions and click on the transaction ID.
- If the transaction belongs to a customer, reassign it to your account (See related articles).
- Click ACTIONS> Cancel. A dialogue box will pop up to confirm you are happy to proceed. Click “Yes”.
- Log into the event (Not the back office) using your credentials.
- Click on “Incompletes”. Find the relevant transactions and click the trash can symbol. Confirm you are happy to proceed.
