How to delete an invoiced or free transaction

  1. Go to REVENUE > Transactions> List> Revenue. Search for the relevant transactions and click on the transaction ID.
  2. If the transaction belongs to a customer, reassign it to your account (See related articles).
  3. Click ACTIONS> Cancel. A dialogue box will pop up to confirm you are happy to proceed. Click “Yes”.  
  4. Log into the event (Not the back office) using your credentials.
  5. Click on “Incompletes”. Find the relevant transactions and click the trash can symbol. Confirm you are happy to proceed.
