How to view users who have something Saved or In Basket
Baskets are used to hold product items before they are committed to a transaction. If an item is in a basket it is not yet a completed nomination/booking.
To see users with items in their basket, go to Revenue > Transactions > Baskets.
Here, you will see the name and email address of all users with something in their saved items or basket, the name of the product Saved/In Basket, and if they have completed any other transactions. Users who have made previous transactions can be excluded by ticking Exclude users with transactions.
