How to move nominations/entries to a different category.

Nominations can be moved to a different category and categories can be merged within a judging round for judging purposes. Each category shares the same nomination so any changes made to the nomination in AWARDS> Nominations will be reflected in any category it is present in.

1. Within a round go to AWARDS> Judging>Round> Nominations> Move nominations.

   

2. Select the nominations you wish to move and then select the category where it should be moved to. Click “Move”.

   

Adding new categories and category groups

Categories can be split into multiple categories or merged together within each round by creating new category groups and categories. When creating a new round, if you choose to import categories from a round any newly created categories can be carried into additional rounds. Entries can be moved between categories as desired by following the steps above.

Creating a new category group

1. Within the round click “+Add” followed by “Add Group”.

   

2. Name the group, optionally include a description and click “Save”.

   

Moving categories into a different category group

Categories can be moved into a newly created or existing category group:

1. Within the round select the categories you would like to move and click “Move categories”.

   

2. Select the group you wish to move the category to from the drop down list and click “Move”.

   

How to add a new category

A new category can be added within a judging rounds for the purpose of judging: 

1. Within the round click “+Add” followed by “Add Category”.

   

2. Give the category a name and input a description. You can optionally add judging guidelines. Click “Save”.
