The judges view

When the judging invite has been sent the judge will receive an email containing an activation link. If the judge does not have an Evessio account they will be asked to create a password and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy.

If the judge already has an Evessio account they will be asked to log in. If the judge has forgotten their password they can use the “Forgotten password” link.

The judge will then be asked to accept the role of Judge:

The judge should go to AWARDS> Judging and click on the appropriate round.

The judge can then click on each entry, review the content, give a score and leave feedback. Judges can revisit and amend their scores at any point throughout the judging period for that round. Once the judging round is closed they can still view the judging but can not longer make amendments. 

Troubleshooting

  • The Judge has logged in but can’t see anywhere to judge- The judging role is assigned to a specific email address. If a judge has multiple emails and logs in using the wrong one the judging portal will not be present. Check which email address the judging role is assigned to and advise them to log in using the correct email address.
  • Access Denied message- Ask your judge if they are trying to access the judging portal using the activation link in their original email. This is a one time link and can’t be used again after they have accepted their role as judge. Advise the judge to log in using the login page for the event.
