Pending

When you create a new event it will initially be in the status "Pending". You can work on the event, publish changes and view changes in "Test Mode" or using the "Preview" option. Once you are ready to launch your event you should change the status to "Published".

When your event is complete you should archive it. All archived events will be available on the event list ( if selected from the dropdown list at the top of the page) and you can access it for any information you may need such as customer information or reports. These events can also be included in Events HQ reporting. When archiving an event you will be presented with several redirect options. Please see the related articles for further information.
