Where to find Judges scores

Judges scores can be found within the judging round by going to AWARDS> Judging>Judging Round>Nominations. Each judging round is completely independent so each rounds scores will be saved and can be referred back to.

Overall Scores

Each category will show a percentage of completeness and each entry will have an overall score which will be all judges scores added together and averaged out to the nearest whole number. The system will also automatically rank the entries from first to last based on the scores. Feedback can be accessed by clicking on the speech bubble icon beside each entry.

Score by Judge

To view each Judges scores go to AWARDS> Judging> Judging Round> Judging. Here you will see an overall percentage of completeness for each judge as well as per judge, per category. You will see the judges score in comparison to the overall score as well as have the opportunity to view the feedback.

Report

All scores and feedback can be exported to excel. Under AWARDS> Judging> Judging Round> Nominations click "Excel export". You can then filter the report as required.

The export will include multiple sheets/tabs:

• Transaction - This tab does NOT contain judging details
• Nominations- This tab lists every nomination including form fields, judging and feedback
• Score by Judge- This tab contains a line for each judge for each entry.
• Criteria- This tab gives an average score achieved overall per criteria. It does not give scores for each nomination.

• A tab for each category- Each category will have its own tab including all judging information and feedback
