Custom Fields

Custom fields are used to add external data to Evessio Custom Reports such as Organisational codes or tags and can be found in Company settings.

Values for custom fields are set according to their Scope.

• Global - values are set in the field editor and the value will be fixed across all events.
• Event Group - values are set in the event group editor and will apply to all events in the group
• Event - values are set Event > Settings and apply only to transactions for that event
• Product Type - set a value in REVENUE > Products > [PRODUCT TYPE]
• Product Item - set a value inside an individual product item e.g. SKU code or product reference
