Evessio Tutorials- Updating Email Templates
Email templates are used in response to something happening in the system. For example a customer completes a transaction so they receive a confirmation email. Email templates are fully customisable and can contain any copy image or links you require. Just remember to "Activate" the copy of the email you wish to use as shown in the following tutorial.

If you would like to view subtitles in another language click on the small cog on the bottom left of the video player and click the "Subtitles/CC (1)" option. Select "English (auto-generated)".
