Help! I've accidentally cancelled an invoice

Once a transaction has been cancelled the nomination or booking will automatically be removed from the nomination/booking area, but nothing has been deleted.

The transaction can be re-instated which will bring back the item back, as follows:

  1. Find the transaction in REVENUE > Transactions > List > All

  2. Re-assign the transaction to yourself- Please see related articles below for guidance.
  3. Log in to the website and navigate to TRANSACTIONS > Incomplete in the left hand menu

  4. Click the 'Re-process' button to the right of the cancelled transaction and step through the checkout - you can use the original details from the transaction. Please note if the items within the transaction are no longer available due to the date you should briefly open the dates to allow you to Re-process the transaction.

  5. Once complete, return to the back office and re-assign the transaction back to the original user.
