What does it mean when I see 'Your connection is not private' when trying to view my website?

If you have published your website but see a Your connection is not private message when trying to access the site, this means the SSL certificate has not yet been generated.

Digital certificates ensure traffic to your event is encrypted via https.

SSL certificate generation is automatic on Evessio. They will generally be generated within an hour.

However, occasionally the queue is long and a request gets 'stuck'. If an hour has passed and you the certificate has not been generated, please contact Evessio Support team at support@evessio.com who will reset the queue to prioritise the domain.
