User Permissions and Roles

Evessio admin users have access to features of the system based on their Role.

Roles

• Superuser - access to all areas including Events HQ with full organisation level control
• Event coordinator - Full access to almost all event level features, limited access to Events HQ
• Finance - Mostly read access to features with admin access to finance functions in Events HQ and events
• Transaction manager - Read-only access to transactions and data
• Submission manager - Read-only access to web forms and product submissions
• Event support - Read-only access to transactions and data with update permissions for event website content
