User Permissions and Roles
Evessio admin users have access to features of the system based on their role.
Roles can be determined while creating a new user, or by editing an existing user.
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Superuser | Access to all areas including Events HQ with full organisation level control |
| Event coordinator | Full access to almost all event level features, limited access to Events HQ |
| Operations | Full access to almost all event level features, with read only access to revenue features, limited read only access to Events HQ |
| Finance | Mostly read access to features with admin access to finance functions in Events HQ and events |
| Transaction manager | Read-only access to transactions and data |
| Submission manager | Read-only access to web forms and product submissions |
| Event support | Read-only access to transactions and data with update permissions for event website content |
| API Admin | Visibility only of Events HQ > API with full access to API tokens |
| API Reader | Visibility only of Events HQ > API with read only access to API tokens |
