Editing fields requested on a speaker profile form

A Speaker profile can be displayed on a page individually or as part of a list. A speaker profile form is used to create the profile. The form can contain any fields you wish to display. To customise the speaker profile form:

  1. Go to WEBSITE> Forms> Public Profile> Speaker Profile.

  2. The default Speaker Profile Form has the fields company name, job title, first and last name, photograph, synopsis, biography an social media links. You can remove any of these fields by clicking trash can symbol to the right hand side. To add an additional field select the field type you require from the list at the top of the page e.g. a check box list or a text field.

  3. The content field will be at the bottom of the form. Add the question or heading to the "Label" section. Then optionally add a description. For example if you are asking for an image you might include the dimensions or file format you require.

Additionally you can mark the question required so it must be filled in to complete the form, disable the field or hide the field. Disabling a field will grey it out but it will remain visible on the form, whereas a hidden field will not be visible at all.

If there is a piece of information you wish to collect about speakers but do not want it to be displayed publicly e.g. catalogue profiles, images and graphics untick the "Use in published list?" box. This will exclude that particular field from being displayed on a webpage as part of a speaker profile or speaker profile list but you will have access to the responses in the back office.

  4. Lastly drag and drop the question into the required position and save the form.
