Transactions: Create and re-assign

As an Evessio admin you can easily create transactions on behalf of others. A common use-case for this is VIP or sponsor tables where, as an event manager, you would like to create the transaction and possible apply a voucher or use a special 'hidden' free product. Having created the transaction you can then re-assign it to a new or existing user.

• When logging in to an event site using your Evessio admin email address additional features become available to you to facilitate this process
• Only you will be able to see:
  • *ADMIN* only products in the basket dropdown
    Setting the 'Admins only' option when editing a product hides it from regular users
  • "Create Incomplete" checkbox option
    Use this to quickly create an incomplete transaction and return to an empty basket
    
  • Dropdown list of available vouchers in checkout summary
    A voucher can be easily selected from any active vouchers - no need to copy + paste the voucher code.

All transactions created in this way are always available via the 'Created' list
